Tentang Hearts Primrose
Primrose Hearts is the classic Hearts card game on a gingham picnic blanket at dusk. You sit at the bottom; Tansy the red squirrel plays on your left, Mallow the goose across and Wick the stoat on your right. Every card is drawn in the game, from the hedgehog Jacks to the badger Kings.
Hearts is a game of dodging: every heart you take costs a point and the Queen of Spades thirteen, so each trick is a small puzzle. Duck under the winning card, dump dangerous cards once you run out of a suit, or take every point and shoot the moon. Play to 50 or 100 against Easy, Medium or Hard, or try the Daily deal: the same cards for everyone each day.
Cara bermain
- Each hand you get 13 cards. First pick 3 to pass: left, then right, then across; every fourth hand you keep them. Cards you receive glow for a moment.
- The 2 of clubs leads. Follow the suit that was led if you can; if not, play any card. The highest card of the led suit takes the trick and leads next.
- No hearts and no Queen of Spades on the first trick, and nobody may lead a heart until hearts are broken (someone has thrown one) unless they hold nothing else.
- Each heart you take is 1 point and the Queen of Spades is 13. Take all 26 and you shoot the moon: you score 0 and everyone else gets 26.
- When someone reaches 50 (or 100), the lowest total wins. Each hand scores 26 minus your points (52 for the moon), times 1, 2 or 3 for the level, plus 200 times the level for a win. You have 3 primroses: coming last loses one, winning brings one back.

- Click a card to play it, or pick one with the left and right arrows and press Space. P passes, H hints, L shows the last trick, T opens the Daily deal, N starts a new game.

- Tap a card to lift it, then tap it again or flick it up to play. While passing, tap 3 cards, then Pass. Tap the table to hurry a trick along.
Tips
- Pass the Queen of Spades unless four or more low spades can hide her; the Ace and King of spades are risky too.
- Try to run out of a short suit by passing it away: once you are void you can throw hearts and the queen on other players' tricks.
- Play the highest card that still loses the trick, and keep low cards for late in the hand, when tricks are full of points.
- Watch for a player who has taken every point so far: take one heart yourself to stop the moon.
