Snake is the arcade classic in its purest form, rebuilt by Vozu for the browser. You steer a hungry green snake around a 20-by-20 board, gobbling golden food. Every bite makes the snake one segment longer, and the longer it gets, the less room there is to turn.
There are no power-ups and no levels to hide behind: just you, a growing tail and a board that slowly fills up. Rounds are quick, the rules take seconds to learn, and beating your own best score is surprisingly hard to stop doing.
Nasıl oynanır
- Press an arrow key or swipe to set the snake moving. It never stops, so you only choose its direction.
- Steer onto the golden square to eat it. Each one is worth 1 point and adds a segment to your tail.
- New food appears somewhere else on the board right away. Go and get it.
- The round ends the moment the head hits a wall or any part of your own body.
- Your best score is saved in your browser, so you always have a number to beat.

- Arrow keys or W A S D to turn. Space or Enter starts a new round after a game over.

- Swipe up, down, left or right on the board to turn.
İpuçları
- The snake cannot reverse on the spot, so a U-turn needs a free row or column beside you. Check it is empty before you double back.
- Hug the edges while the snake is short, then switch to tidy back-and-forth lanes as it grows so you never box yourself in.
- Do not rush for food on the far side. Take the long, safe route and keep your tail in view.
- Turns are applied on the next step, so tap the key a moment early when you are running along a wall.
- When the board gets crowded, follow your own tail: the space it is leaving is always safe.
